Texas Energy Conservation

The Texas State Energy Conservation Office (SECO) announced it will receive more than $290 million dollars from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, with $52 million earmarked for the Distributed Renewable Energy Technology Program, which will allow several solar photovoltaic system across the state to move forward–and make retrofitting your home less expensive, too.
