Now There’s No Excuse to Skip on CFL Bulb Use

Surprisingly there’s a lot of people who don’t like the look of CFL bulbs. They’re used to their incandescent bulbs and they like the way they look.

If you’re one of the people who prefer the look of the simple incandescent bulb to the fun twisty shape of the CFL bulb, you’re in luck!

GE has developed the GE Energy Smart CFL Bulb. It puts the twisty tubes inside a cover and gives the CFL bulb the shape and size of a traditional incandescent bulb.

I’ve already seen the bulbs in my local Wal-mart. You should be able to find 15-watt, 9-watt and 20-watt bulbs in most stores, including big box Home Improvement stores.  If you can’t find them, you may want to ask when they will be available or where you can find one.

These bulbs are perfect for fixtures that show the bulbs, people who don’t like the spiral look of the CFL bulb and lamps with shades that fit directly on the bulb.
